Downtown Charleston + Folly Beach Engagement Photography Session
Tara and Eli reached out to me a few months before they were planning to be vacationing at Folly Beach, right outside of Charleston, SC. They were hoping to get their engagement photos done while they were in town. Of course, I was more than happy to shoot this gorgeous session for them!
Tara and Eli have a sweetness about them that makes you feel so at home. You can tell they are so secure & confident in their relationship, and it truly was a joy to spend 2 hours with them exploring the Charleston area during their photos.
We started the session in Downtown Charleston near the Battery and Rainbow Row. I always love a rooftop vibe so we started on the roof of a parking garage and then worked out way down. Then we hopped over to Folly Beach, where their adorable dog joined them for the rest of the photoshoot.
The Folly Beach portion of the session was my absolute favorite. They played frisbee, hung out with their dog, and loved on each other. It felt so natural & honest & free. This is how engagement sessions should be! I love when a couple feels comfortable enough to be 100% themselves with me and each other during their engagement photos.
