Kateland and Travis' wedding day was so special. First of all, they got married on a Monday because her soon to be groom's last name is Monday- which I thought was so unique!!!

We started the day at her childhood home and it was just so sweet. Her mom & dogs were there and it was so sweet to have that cozy feel. Her brother's girlfriend, Taylor, did her makeup and it turned out so stunning. We had so much fun all hanging out in the morning and it was super chill and relaxing!

She decided last minute that she wanted to make flower crowns for all of her bridesmaids, so since we had some downtime that morning, I got to help one of the bridesmaids, Rachel, make the flower crowns, which I really enjoyed because I love when I can help out on wedding days beyond just taking pictures! So I just have to share this because it was hilarious-right before we left to head to the venue, Kateland's dog ran out of the house and down the street, and in her wedding dress, Kateland starts chasing him down the street! Luckily, she tracked him down and got him back in the house in time. It was runaway bride with a twist, lol!

We headed to the venue, Samson's Hallow, right outside of Knoxville in Maryville, Tennessee. The venue was so cool and had the prettiest backdrop of the mountains and this gorgeous open field. They had some cute little cabins for the bridesmaids and the groomsmen to get ready in and it just all looked so picture perfect with the fall colors coming out in the trees. The reception was so much fun. Their bridal party had the best energy and it was a blast!

Kateland and Travis are adorable together and have gone through so much together through the years. I love them dearly and I feel so lucky that I got to be a part of their special day.

xoxo
